- Cut out the two pieces along the dashed lines, including the smaller windows inside the pieces.
- Attach the pointer to the Oogie circle on the red cross symbol using one set of the small plastic fasteners.
- Now attach the circle and pointer to the square with a pattern like Sally’s dress on it at the blue crosses using another set.
Be sure the bottom fastener is fully through the paper, so that it will allow the pieces to rotate. See photo below:
